Location: Girard High School Wrestling Room

Cost: $45 per child; $35 each additional sibling

Program starts October 21, 2025 – February 27, 2026

This program is all about introducing kids to the sport of wrestling in a fun, encouraging environment. Our focus is on getting kids active, teaching them basic skills, and helping them build confidence — all while having a great time with friends. No experience is needed!

Tots Irish (ages 3-6) 7-7:30pm

Irish (ages 6 & up) 7-8pm

Elk Creek Recreation & Leisure Board and Girard Youth Wrestling Program is excited to invite all young wrestlers and their families to our annual Youth Wrestling Tournament. This event promises a full day of exciting matches, sportsmanship, and fun for the entire community!

Tournament Details

Spectator Fee: $5 per person (ages 5 & up)

Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025

Time: Weigh-Ins 8:00AM-9:00AM, Tournament begins at 10:00 AM and runs throughout the day

Location: Girard High School

The tournament is open to young athletes in grades K through 6.

Wrestlers will compete in appropriate divisions based on their grade level, ensuring fair and exciting competition for everyone.

Entry Fees

$30 – Pre-Registered Wrestlers

$40 – At the Door

$10 Discount for multi-kid families
